An Integrative Psychotherapist currently based in the United Kingdom, having previously completed her master’s degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. With experience in providing emotional and psychological support to diverse individuals aged 16 and up. Passionate about helping individuals navigate personal challenges through integrative counselling techniques (Person-centred, Attachment therapy, Cognitive behavioural therapy and compassion-focused therapy). She currently works with My Solution Wellbeing under regular clinical supervision in line with the BACP ethical guidelines. 

Her approach is rooted in BACP’s values and principles, such as respect, beneficence, and reciprocal transparency. She is keen to help clients feel empowered in their journey of self-discovery through a safe and nonjudgmental environment.

She brings a wide range of experience working as a Christian therapist in local churches, supporting Christians facing a range of mental and emotional challenges, to working as a school counsellor and helping/mentoring students who are struggling with life challenges at school and home. This helped broaden her understanding of different presenting issues and ways to support using therapeutic interventions.

Experienced in providing emotional and psychological support to diverse individuals, including those with anxiety, depression, diversity and culture, loss/bereavement, compassion-focused therapy, person-centred therapy, attachment therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, trauma, therapeutic interventions, changing negative thinking and habits, mental health assessment, mindfulness therapy and stress.
